There is no single answer to all of the problems we face in life, so it follows there is not one single approach to finding a solution. I have a range of techniques available to me, drawn from different disciplines that have been found to be the most effective tools for change so far. These are moulded into an approach tailored for the specific needs of each client.
There is no set number of sessions needed to help overcome your problems, but there is a format the sessions will follow once we start working together.
Our first session is about understanding your problem and your desired outcome, this session lasts about 90 minutes and it is all about getting enough information from you so that I can plan how to approach future sessions.
Our second session will focus on addressing the problem, using hypnotherapy and/or NLP techniques I will work to remove the problem, this session lasts about one hour.
Our third session will depend on the outcome of the second session, we either continue addressing what is left of the problem, or we consolidate the changes that have already taken place.
From then it will depend on how quickly you achieve the goals you set in the first session as to how many more sessions are needed. Everyone is unique and I will be working with you to ensure you reach your desired state as quickly as possible.
